Make your Ramadan decor more elegant by adding this DIY Ramadan Shadow Box. It is pretty easy to make as it requires minimum materials and no cutting machines such as Cricut/Silhouette!
We have designed templates that are easy to cut. Download the masjid and lantern templates from the Printables page. We hope you like it!
Note: We recommend that you use thicker materials such as, cardstock, cardboard or mat board for more stability.
Materials:
• Cardstock/ Cardboard/ Mat board
• Scissors/ Blade
• Glue or Tape
• Gold Foil Flakes (optional)
Method:
Print the templates on cardstock.
Cut the templates using scissors or blade.
Place template #1 in front of the shadow box followed by template #2 and tape it down. You can adjust the spacing between the templates accordingly.
Hang the lanterns from the top of the shadow box using a thread.
Tape the LED fairy lights behind the templates and around the box neatly.
Add the gold flakes in the background and close the frame.
